Warehouse and point of sale design for a farm

Description of the intervention:

Structural design of a building used as a warehouse and point of sale, to be built with Platform Frame technology, in the province of Ancona. The walls were prefabricated in the factory up to the raw stage, then assembled on site and completed with the finishes. The roof is made with beams and beads, a guarantee of lightness and therefore of limited seismic inputs. For the protection of the structural parts, the wooden walls were laid above a reinforced concrete curb, in order to provide a detachment from the humid area.
