Construction of a residential building in Pesaro

Description of the intervention:

Structural design and construction supervision of a building used as a residential building, to be built with Platform Frame technology in the province of Pesaro. The structure is divided into a basement and a floor above ground. The basement has a reinforced concrete structure, with all the necessary precautions to protect against water infiltration, such as the preparation of a bentonite sheath in the casting. The wooden portion instead has a platform frame structure. On the roof there is a ventilated roof with installation of an anti-fall system. The criticality of the construction site, in this case, is represented by the morphological profile of the lot, which is decidedly steep. First, it was necessary to create a retaining wall for the land, to then create an access road and level the heights. In the excavation operations, however, it was necessary to carry out a bulkhead containment of piles to secure the front and be able to work on the construction of the basement.
