Construction of a residential building with 8 residential units

Description of the intervention:

The project involves the construction of a residential building with eight residential units on three levels. Below the elevated structure, the construction of a basement with a reinforced concrete structure is planned. As for the wooden structure, this will consist of Xlam panels both for the walls and for the floor slabs, in order to give the building a box-like behavior. Note a particularly daring overhang and a furniture staircase designed in detail.
