Description of the intervention:
Intervention of design and construction supervision for a building consisting of three multi-storey terraced houses with greb technology. The structure has a basement in reinforced concrete and two floors above ground plus a roof terrace with a wooden and straw structure, braced by metal elements. A unique site of its kind, in which the contents of green building have been fully absorbed: beams and pillars, raw solid wood, as well as the uprights of the frame, straw insulation and terracruda plaster. Despite the green footprint, we were able to create daring and contemporary furnishing solutions, such as the internal staircase with cantilevered steps and the flat roof terrace, in which it was necessary to study all the details to protect it from water. A building that is certainly healthy, respectful of the environment and eco-sustainable: an example to be replicated.
