Design of a residential building in Forlì Cesena

Description of the intervention:

Structural design of a building used as a residential building, to be built with Platform Frame technology, in the province of Forlì Cesena. The roofing and the intermediate floor are made with beams and beads. A peculiarity of the building being designed is the curb made with cellular glass. A little attention is needed to safeguard the structural walls from humidity, which is the greatest pitfall in wooden constructions. Cellular glass has great water-repellent properties, and allows the lower current and the entire wall to remain dry even in the event of water infiltration.
