Design of residential extension

Description of the intervention:

Structural design of an extension of a building used as a residential building, to be built with Platform Frame technology, in the province of Pesaro.
The roof and the intermediate floor slab are made with beams and beads, a guarantee of lightness and therefore of limited seismic inputs. The extension has a sloping roof portion and a flat roof portion used as a terrace. Being a critical point for water accumulation, this part of the structure must be studied in detail and with all the necessary attention, because it represents the biggest critical issue to be addressed in this specific intervention.
