Detached house with stone cladding

Description of the intervention:

New residential building with a basement and two levels above ground in Platform Frame; the inter-floor slab is in laminated wood as well as the roof. The intervention distinguishes the rigid joint in the main roof frame supporting the secondary and the important stone cladding joined to the structural frame by means of suitable connectors. The structural wood was protected from the possible humidity of the masonry thanks to the membranes used and the ventilation.
