Expansion planning in Perugia

Description of the intervention:

Structural design of a wooden extension with Xlam technology and roof made by means of beams and beads. It is a structure to be inserted in a restricted building context, and to embed this small extension in respect of refined and contemporary architecture. The building has a wooden structure, with some isostatic steel elements, such as the pendulum pillars of the solar greenhouse. The roof is made of beams and beads, and the cladding of the building is in Corten steel. On the roof there is a garden roof, which has the function of thermoregulating the temperature inside, as well as conferring a note of aesthetic and naturalistic value.
