Residential design in Pesaro

Description of the intervention:

Structural design of a building used as a residential building, to be built with Platform Frame technology, in the province of Pesaro. House with traditional, functional and organic architecture.
The walls were prefabricated in the factory up to the raw stage, then assembled on site and completed with the finishes. The roof and the intermediate floor slab are made with beams and beads, a guarantee of lightness and therefore of limited seismic inputs. The structure has a ventilated roof, that is a roof in which the free circulation of air is allowed under the mantle of bent tiles.
