Seismic adaptation of an existing building used as a restaurant

Description of the intervention:

The intervention is aimed at the structural adjustment of an existing reinforced concrete building.
Following cognitive investigations, the calculation models necessary for the analysis of the building were created, studied by means of non-linear static analyzes (pushover). The building has a basement and two floors above ground. The roof is made of wood, and does not become part of the earthquake-resistant scheme, being made up of secondary elements. Since this is a reinforced concrete structure, the non-linear analysis must be interrupted when the first break is formed.
