The last phase of the design. From the executive project, a three-dimensional model is created to produce cutting files of each single element of the construction, with millimetric precision and resolution of the exact quantities of wood, distinct from standard hardware, processed for the production of special hardware up to the actual wood boards, in a step-by-step production-line.

The construction of the wooden structure is a unique opportunity to obtain the exact quantities of all the materials and components that will then be installed in the preventive phase. With this process, uncertainties and any problems that could arise on site are eliminated.

In this phase it is possible, in agreement with the manufacturing companies and assembly workers, to establish every single detail, from sharing the hole pattern, to the passage of the systems, to the delivery steps on site, effectively reducing the possibility of error to zero. This service is one of the strengths of FOSD engineering, thanks to the wide range of complex structures already engineered and built.

We offer this service mainly to companies and individuals who already have an executive project to be engineered but also private clients for whom we carry out the executive project ourselves.
