Construction of a residential building

Description of the intervention:

Structural design and construction supervision of a building used as a residential building, to be built with Platform Frame technology in the province of Pesaro. The structure is divided into a basement and three floors above ground. The basement has a reinforced concrete structure, with all the necessary precautions for protection from water infiltration, such as the preparation of a bentonite sheath in the casting. The wooden portion, on the other hand, has a platform frame structure and beam and bead decks. On the roof there is a ventilated roof with installation of an anti-fall system.
