Description of the intervention:
Design and supervision of the structural works of eight structurally independent terraced houses, to be built in L’Aquila. In order to minimize excavation costs and materials, the architecture has adapted to the natural slope of the land and the tax rate of the foundations of each unit. At the explicit request of the company, the villas were designed independently until the foundation. The seabed system is characterized by rectangular inverted beams, the superstructure consists of a traditional reinforced concrete frame, buffered with blocks. The intermediate horizontals are in brick-cement, while the roofs of the buildings are in exposed wood.
